Day 3



Today was the third day of my evening workouts. It is the second day that I used the workout ball. When I used the ball yesterday I felt fine. It was not until this afternoon that my abs started feeling sore. When I tried to do some situps tonight on the ball, I felt like someone was trying to tear out my abs. A part of me considered taking a break or doing some other exercise. However, I ended up pushing myself and doing it. I even push myself to do a final, slow set of 20.

Right now my abs are sore but I feel good.

To the tiny, polka dot bikini...
