Day 3
Today was the third day of my evening workouts. It is the second day that I used the workout ball. When I used the ball yesterday I felt fine. It was not until this afternoon that my abs started feeling sore. When I tried to do some situps tonight on the ball, I felt like someone was trying to tear out my abs. A part of me considered taking a break or doing some other exercise. However, I ended up pushing myself and doing it. I even push myself to do a final, slow set of 20.
Right now my abs are sore but I feel good.
To the tiny, polka dot bikini...

Nook & Blog
Ahhhh my nook!
I have to admit that I really like my eReader. There are no excuses as to why I am not in the middle of reading anything. Just as I purchase another book from B&N I am searching for a new one. This increase in reading has resulted in a decrease in blogging. However, I am trying to get back on the ball. For starters I have finally updated my book review blog. That blog can be read here:
Many of my entries seem a teensie bit shorter than usual., However, I think this is a direct result of the number of entries. Right now I am finishing 2 more books so reviews for those should follow soon.
I'm off to bed!
